What Does Herpies Discharge Smell Of

celebrations, which are always there to celebrate! With PEP

Last fall, the " gms project", which I founded, 10 years old. For us, this anniversary is a milestone. Although we have not reached our goals high by far, but we celebrated Throughout the weekend the anniversary of gms Simply because it is very important always to celebrate and to rejoice in what is already "made it".

Actually we have not only celebrated this milestone - we have the whole 10 years always celebrated, if there was a reason to do so. And this is very important! Every little step forward, each reaching an intermediate target and every learning experience, it is worth celebrating to be.

What is true for an organization, has just as important in personal life or family: Whenever there is something to celebrate, we should seize the opportunity. Why is this important?
  • The celebration of milestones breaks through the daily grind.
  • Such celebrations are shows that we actually come forward, that we get to our goal. Although this may happen only very slowly.
  • push through the celebration of our gratitude we have achieved.
  • By pausing and the joy of our achievements, we are motivated for the next stage.
  • strengthens The celebration of the (however small) progress the faith in us to be able to master the next steps.

we had our gms project is not always pleased at the small successes and achievements - and I think we would go abandoned.

Actually, there is always an occasion to celebrate. It must not just be an anniversary and it also needs not always a big party to be. are reasons to celebrate centuries (from the adoption of the "pacifiers" or the diapers of the youngest on the previous school year, the promise of an apprenticeship or the wedding day to the "big deals" in the business, eg if a new customer can be obtained ), and creative ways to celebrate as one, there are as many (small surprise gift, common trip, a small or large banquet, a thank you for the employees).

And what you have reason to celebrate?

report on ARD Nachtmagazin

"The relentless debut" Open Arms "by Melanie Gerland is an extraordinary asset to the male-dominated field of autobiographical comics. The acting cute, reduced black and white drawings give an insight into the dichotomous system of delusion, the sadness in the suburbs of the main character created. The dramatic subject matter makes the reading of an instructive, but also very gloomy experience. "
